In one week, it will be 2025. Next Tuesday, the long-awaited presentation ceremony of the new F1 cars will take place, with the O2 Arena in London ready to welcome teams and drivers.
It will be something unprecedented for Formula 1. The Circus is set to celebrate its 75th anniversary since its inception, and for this occasion, they’ve decided to go big. All ten liveries on the same stage, awaiting the discovery in the following days (or in some cases, before) of the technical updates from the various teams.
Even WhatsApp is preparing for the event
While waiting to see the new color schemes of the cars, even WhatsApp is getting ready for the much-anticipated London event. The messaging app, sponsor of Mercedes, has long since modified its Formula 1 car emoji to feature the Silver Arrows’ colors.
In recent days, however, the now-famous “smiley face” has been covered with a black veil, which will be removed when the new W16 livery of Kimi Antonelli and George Russell is revealed.
This communication choice has sparked excitement among fans, who can’t wait to discover the cars that will hit the track in 2025. To find out, we just have to wait a little over a week.
