Scuderia Ferrari wins on Red Bull’s home F1 circuit by displaying a surprising advantage on the race pace tyre management.

The Maranello team’s F1-75 has been able to control its tyre degradation thanks to excellent traction. The longitudinal energy is distributed to all the structure length lying in a parallel way to the race track. Carcass, belt and cap plies create a stiff system widening the contact surface of the tread.

But of course developments are needed to keep this performance standard and in the French Grand Prix Ferrari will have new aero elements to optimize the car’s behaviour in function of the Le Castellet circuit features.
