ACI Italia is confident that Ferrari can be competitive in the Italian Grand Prix scheduled for September 1 at the Monza circuit. In the poster presented recently, it is notable that at the entrance of the new Prima Variante, there is Charles Leclerc with the SF-24 ahead of Lewis Hamilton’s Mercedes and Max Verstappen’s Red Bull, the current world champion.
It is an evocative poster that particularly highlights the Maranello team for next year when Lewis Hamilton will join Charles Leclerc in Maranello, and also recalls the seven-time world champion’s success at Silverstone after a race that has already made history.
Monza is preparing to offer a more modern stage for competition after the work that has been completed faster than anticipated. The poster shows the Prima Variante, which has been partially redesigned and slightly widened…
“It is with great pride that we present the poster for the 95th Italian Grand Prix at Monza after a very challenging and also difficult year due to the work carried out at the Autodromo Nazionale, work complicated by external factors such as adverse weather and other technical complications,” commented ACI president Angelo Sticchi Damiani. “But we made it with 4 days to spare before the deadline set by the International Federation, which is 60 days before the Grand Prix.”
“The success is due to the commitment of Sias, the Bacchi company, the project manager Professor Maurizio Crispino, ACI Progei, and the General Director of the Autodromo, Alfredo Scala. This collective effort has definitively dispelled all doubts about meeting the time commitment. This year, our fans, teams, and drivers will be welcomed to a renewed, more modern, and safer autodrome.”
