As we get closer to the next race on the 2022 Formula 1 calendar, it’s time to also take a look at the amount of Formula 1 power unit elements used on each car during the current F1 campaign prior to the 2022 Hungarian Grand Prix, which takes place this weekend at the Hungaroring Circuit in Budapest:

Power unit elements used ahead to the 2022 Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix weekend:

F1 Power Unit elements usage – ICE: Internal Combustion Engine (Maximum 3 per season)
TC: TurboCharger (Maximum 3 per season)
MGU-H: Motor Generator Unit Heat (Maximum 3 per season)
MGU-K: Motor Generator Unit Kinetic (Maximum 3 per season)
ES: Energy Store (Maximum 2 per season)
CE: Control Electronics (Maximum 2 per season)
EX: Exhaust (Maximum 8 per season)
GB: Gearbox (A maximum of 4 can be changed in a season)
GC: Gearbox Case (A maximum of 4 can be changed in a season)
