Valterri Bottas is the winner of the 2021 Turkish GP finishing ahead of Max Verstappen in P2 and Sergio Perez coming home in P3, as the Mercedes Finnish driver has taken his first victory of the 2021 Formula 1 season.

The ever changing conditions were not fully capitalized by Scuderia Ferrari: at one point the Maranello team decided to finish the race with Charles Leclerc without a pitstop, but eventually changed the Monegasque driver’s intermediate tyres too late and Charles finished outside the podium in P4. Starting from 19th on the grid, Carlos Sainz had struggled with his SF21 car all weekend to find any level of consistency but drove superbly to finish in P8 and take home some much needed points for Ferrari.
