2018 Russian Grand Prix: weather forecast and timetable. 2018 Russian Grand Prix weather forecast.

The 2018 Russian Formula One event moves from its April date to September and will include all transfers throughout the weekend. Sochi is known for its beaches on the Black Sea and has a relaxed atmosphere with a stunning backdrop provided by the snow capped Caucasus Mountains.

2018 Russian Grand Prix weather forecast (Weather Info Sochi):

From the Formula 1 teams’ point of view, different weather conditions can result in very different races, and Formula 1 teams adapt their strategy accordingly, for example using different tyres in wet conditions, and taking account of cross winds which can cause stability problems at high speeds. It is always well worth checking the weather before any grand prix as it can often throw a curve ball into the mix. However, Sochi could prove to be another regular race weekend. Conditions appear to be very good ahead of the 2018 Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix weekend, as the temperature for race day is expected to be around just 24-25 degrees Celsius and there is a very low chance of rain for the three days during which the Formula 1 teams will be at the Sochi Autodrom, which means that both the qualifying session and the race should take place in dry conditions.
