At the launch of Ferrari’s new SF1000 2020 Formula 1 car, the Maranello team said it has gone ‘extreme’ with its design for this year. In this video Formula 1 journalist Edd Straw looks at the key details on the car to determine just how extreme it has really gone in building on a car that showed a lot of promise in 2019. Ferrari showed a reasonable amount of new parts – not always the case with a launch-spec car – but we’ve also had some pointers regarding areas of the car that will look different when the car hits the track for testing in Spain next week.
