After multiple viewings of the Ferrari film, it’s with a sense of disappointment we conclude that Michael Mann’s movie represents a notable missed chance. It took us some time to digest and decide to voice our thoughts, to put into words the predominantly negative reactions we’ve experienced. This may come across as harsh, but while we’re not suggesting that the approximately €90 million spent on the film was entirely squandered, it certainly feels that way. The global box office returns, sadly, tell a bleak story: just about €23-25 million.
