Max Verstappen claims the reward of the pole position. In the Netherlands, at his home circuit, Max once again outshines his opponents. Behind him, the starting grid is quite diverse, with Norris and Albon standing out positively. Here’s the starting grid for the F1 Dutch Grand Prix.
The starting grid for the F1 Dutch Grand Prix displays, in the pole position box, the familiar name of Max Verstappen. The native of Hasselt delivered the blow on his last attempt, snatching the pole from Lando Norris. The McLaren man will start in second place, finishing the final lap half a second behind the Dutch home hero.

George Russell will line up on the second row ahead of a surprising Alexander Albon. In the third row, the two Spaniards Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz will take their places.
Disappointment for Charles Leclerc. During his first attempt in Q3, the Monegasque driver – who had been on a good lap until then – crashes into the barrier at turn 9, undoing all efforts. Unless there are significant damages that lead to unexpected penalties, the Ferrari driver will start from the ninth spot.
Disappointment also accompanies Lewis Hamilton’s performance, who admits succinctly: “I didn’t make any mistakes.” Yet, the performance isn’t favoring him, as the Englishman, eliminated in Q2, will start from P13.
