Carlos Sainz clinched victory at the Mexican Grand Prix with a commanding performance, leading for most of the race and securing the win for Ferrari. Lando Norris crossed the line in second, followed by Charles Leclerc in third, making it a strong finish for McLaren and Ferrari. Max Verstappen, however, saw his race unravel, dropping to sixth after accumulating 20 seconds in penalties for aggressive maneuvers while defending against Norris, which resulted in the McLaren driver being forced off the track.
