Scuderia Ferrari drivers Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc will take part in the charity football match “La Partita del Cuore” at the Juventus Stadium, in Turin, Italy.
The Partita del Cuore is an annual charity game which raises funds to help those in need. This year it will be held at Allianz Stadium, the home ground of Serie A champions Juventus. Played out in front of a capacity crowd in Turin, the exhibition fixture, which will see a team of famous sporting figures pit their wits against a side comprised of Italian singers and entertainers, enabled significant funds to be raised for Fondazione Telethon, a biomedical charity established to research genetic diseases, and Piedmont’s Candiolo Institute for Cancer Research and Treatment.
The 28th edition of ‘La Partita del Cuore’ will take place on Monday, May 27, just one day after the Monaco Grand Prix. Alongside Scuderia Ferrari drivers Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc there will be some of the biggest personalities in the history of world football such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Michel Platini, Gianluca Vialli, Javier Zanetti, Francesco Totti and many others.
The charity football match between the Italian National Singers and Champions for Research will be broadcasted live on Italy’s national public service broadcaster Rai 1. Ticket prices vary from 12 euro to 20 euro depending on the location of the Allianz Stadium stands.
